Opens Saturday 26 September · Ages 1 to 6

Kids
Zone

A padded, gated, air conditioned play space inside the club for children aged one to six, all toilet trained. Supervised by our qualified team at the weekend, and open midweek for parents who want to stay in the room with their own children while the rest of the family plays.

How it works

Two ways
to play

Which one you get depends on the day. Both are booked in advance, in 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions, so there is never a queue at the gate.

Sat–Sun
Supervised · 08:00 to 16:00

Weekends are run by our team, every one of whom holds the qualifications needed to work with children. Drop the children off and go and play, train or sit down with a coffee. Sessions take up to ten children, so everyone gets watched properly.

Mon–Fri
Unsupervised · 09:00 to 17:00

Midweek sessions are unsupervised, so a parent or carer stays in the room and looks after their own children. Supervised midweek sessions are coming soon.

60–120
Minutes, booked online

Pick 60, 90 or 120 minutes, say how many children are coming and pay by card. Two hours is the longest booking. You get a text confirmation with a cancellation link, and a full refund if your session is cancelled or rescheduled.

Pick a slot

Every session says whether it is supervised by our team or unsupervised with a parent staying in the room, and the same is shown again before you pay. Weekend sessions are supervised, midweek sessions are not, and that may change as we settle in.

Good to know

They play,
you play

1–6
Years old, toilet trained

Built for small climbers. Padded, gated and sized for little legs rather than big ones. Every child must be toilet trained.

Grip socks
On every child, every session

Grip socks only in the Kids Zone, for grown-ups going in too. If you have not got a pair, buy them at reception on your way in. No food or drink inside the play zone itself, the cafe is a few steps away.

CCTV
Covered, and air conditioned

The whole zone is covered by CCTV and air conditioned, so it stays comfortable whatever the weather. It is all in one building too, 20 metres from the courts, gym and café, so play your match, do your session or watch the chaos unfold from a comfortable seat with a coffee.

Parties and exclusive hire

Have the place
to yourselves

Birthdays and private parties are not booked online. Email us with the date you have in mind and how many children are coming, and we will come back to you with what we can do.

Common questions

Before you
book

When does it open?+
Saturday 26 September. Bookings are open now for the opening weekend onwards, so pick a slot above. If you have a question first, message us on WhatsApp.
Do I need to book?+
Yes, for every session. Pick 60, 90 or 120 minutes, with two hours the longest booking. Supervised sessions take a maximum of ten children.
Can I leave my child and go and play?+
At the weekend, yes. Saturday and Sunday sessions from 08:00 to 16:00 are supervised by our team, all of whom hold the qualifications needed to work with children, while you are on court or in the gym. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, sessions are unsupervised, so a parent or carer stays in the room and is responsible for their own children. Supervised midweek sessions are coming soon, and these arrangements may change as we settle in.
Who looks after the children, and is it safe?+
Every member of our team who runs a supervised session holds the qualifications needed to work with children. The zone itself is padded and gated, covered by CCTV throughout, and air conditioned.
What are the rules?+
Grip socks only, for children and for any grown-up going in with them. You can buy a pair at reception if you need one. No food or drink in the play zone itself. The rest of the house rules are on the wall by the gate.
Can we book it for a party?+
Parties and exclusive hire are arranged by email rather than online. Tell us the date and how many children are coming at info@padelpower.uk and we will come back to you.
What ages is it for?+
One to six, and every child must be toilet trained. If your child is a little outside that range and you're not sure, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether they'll enjoy it.
Is there food and drink?+
The café is a few steps away with food, proper coffee and snacks for grown-ups and children alike. It all stays outside the play zone though, nothing to eat or drink goes in there.
