The Padel Power mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Padel Power Northants Limited ("Padel Power", "we", "our", "us"). Your use of the Service means you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service, or any of its features, without notice. To the extent permitted by law we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change means you accept that change.
1. What you are agreeing to receive
By consenting to Padel Power's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Padel Power, through your mobile network, to the mobile number you gave us. This applies even if your number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, because you have given us your consent directly.
Messages are sent using automated technology. Promotional messages may include offers, club news, court and class availability, league and event announcements, and other marketing messages such as booking reminders.
2. Your consent is optional
You do not have to sign up for this programme in order to book with us or buy anything from us. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Taking part is completely voluntary.
3. Costs
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges your mobile network applies to text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your network for details. You are solely responsible for all charges relating to text messages you send or receive, including charges from your network.
4. How to opt out
You can opt out of the Service at any time, free of charge. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or use the unsubscribe link in the message where one is available. You will get a single confirmation message, and then no further marketing messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you start them yourself.
If you have subscribed to more than one Padel Power message programme and want to cancel, you may need to opt out of each one separately by following the instructions given for that programme.
Opting out of marketing texts does not stop service messages you have asked for, such as booking confirmations, class reminders, phone verification codes and password reset messages. Those are part of running your booking or account.
5. Help
For help with the Service, reply HELP to any message, email joe@padelpower.uk, or contact us through any of the methods on our contact page.
6. Changes to our sending number
We may change the short code, sender name or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time, and will tell you when we do. Any message you send to a number we have changed, including a STOP or HELP request, may not reach us, and we are not responsible for honouring requests made in those messages. If a STOP reply does not appear to have worked, email joe@padelpower.uk and we will remove you.
7. Delivery and liability
Mobile networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to give us a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you will need to sign up again with the new one.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, for any errors in that information, or for any action you take or do not take in reliance on the information or the Service. Nothing in these Mobile Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
8. Your privacy
We respect your right to privacy. Your mobile number and your marketing preferences are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, our legal basis for using it, who processes it on our behalf, and how long we keep it. You can ask us to delete your number at any time by emailing info@padelpower.uk.
